The Pretty & Primped Project’s first Prom Dress Giveaway was a huge success in Martin County, NC! More than 30 formal dresses were given away for middle and high school girls attending their proms this year.
“My heart was full of joy as I watched the girls walk out of the door with not only a dress but also shoes and jewelry,” says founder/president of the Pretty & Primped Project, Brooke Bond Carrington.
At the event, raffle tickets were drawn to present six girls with gift certificates for free prom hairstyles. The project’s mission is to ensure that all middle and high school girls have the opportunity to attend their proms with style and confidence. That mission was accomplished.
